All presenters are required to register and pay the conference registration fee in order to be included in the final technical programme and to present in person at the event. 

Below, you will find information on the formats for oral and poster presentations:

Oral presentation

Oral presentation must be prepared in Powerpoint or PDF format with a 16:9 aspect ratio.

Regular oral presentations: 12 min talk + 3 min for Q&A

Keynote oral presentations: 26-27 min talk + 3-4 min for Q&A

If you are presenting in a morning session (9:00-10:30) before coffee break, you are kindly asked to meet with the helpers in the conference rooms no later than 15 min before the start of your session to have your presentation uploaded on the laptop in the room you will be giving your talk in.

If you are presenting in the morning after the coffee break or in the afternoon, meet with the helpers and use the morning coffee break or lunch time to have your presentation uploaded on the laptop in the room you will be giving your talk in.

 

Poster presentation

Posters will be displayed continuously over the 3 evening poster sessions. The number of your poster will be indicated on the poster walls along with pushpins for you to use. Please prepare your poster in A0 landscape format.

Poster can be installed installed as early as 4 pm on August 28th, after picking up your name tag at the registration desk.
